I’m a nail tech that just started my journey and I’ve decided to purchase Kiara sky products. All I needed was the Kiara sky led lamp. The seller said it was brand new and authentic unopened. I emailed him to make sure it was legit he said yes brand new sent me the link to his distributor which was Kiara sky so I assumed he was legit . But he sent me a completely different lamp and it’s unfair I want to return and get refund but how can I trust him if he scammed me once already and lied ..

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Make sure to File a not as described dispute, Do Not file an item not received dispute or you will lose. The seller will have 3 days to reply and send a return shipping label. If they do not where the dispute is on your my ebay page open it and ask ebay to step in. You will get a refund without having to return what you received. The link below tells you basically how the Money Back Guarantee works. Read the info in it and book mark it for future use.

There must have been something about the listing that made you want to contact the seller. Often it is a low price. Contacting a seller to ask if their item is real is not something you should do. If the seller is legit, you will get the item but probably not be able to buy from them again. They might also decide to cancel the transaction, thinking you are getting ready to scam them. A scammer will not take offense and will do what they can to get you to buy from them.

I feel so stupid especially how excited I was . I definitely learned my lesson. Sadly this incident ruined potential great buys that I no longer will trust 😞 thanks though

eBay is pretty much a live and learn experience. eBay offers very good protection for buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong, but you just have to vet your sellers more carefully. And, of course, that MBG does offer pretty good protection, but the buyer has to read it, understand it and use it appropriately.
