WHY IS THE FEEDBACK STATUS GONE FROM THE PURCHASE HISTORY PAGE AGAIN!!!!!! DO YOU NOT COMPREHEND HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO SEE IF A SELLER HAS LEFT A BUYER FEEDBACK WITH IT NOT SHOWING ON EACH PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DO WE HAVE TO KEEP GOING THROUGH THIS SAME ISSUE OVER AND OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE ANYBODY FEEDBACK UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you opened your order detail page? The essential transaction status info is on it.

The feedback status may not be there because feedback being voluntary action, it is not considered as a part of the transaction. From your summary or purchase history pages on the Activity line is your username w/ your feedback number on the right side. Click on your feedback number and your profile page will open a quick look will tell you if you have received feedback or not. There is even a search box you can copy and paste the item number to, to see if you have received feedback for an item if you have done a lot of buying. It takes about 2 seconds to open your feedback profile page to check that info. There is also note at the top of your profile page letting you know if you have items to leave feedback for that has seller's username in it so you can quickly scan your latest feedback to see if they have left you feedback.

"Every ebay member "buys" feedback every time they buy or sell an item".

Show me where on ebay it says that!! None of your purchases will say you will receive (item listed and feedback) on the listing pages.

This issue is about Why ebay removed the Feedback Sent, Feedback Received, Paid and Shipped "STATUS" from the Purchase History page. It is Not about where else the status of those aspects can be found. It is NOT about Feedback or your opinion of Feedback. If you cannot stay on point with the Posted Issue (that being: Why ebay removed the Feedback Sent, Feedback Received, Paid and Shipped "STATUS" from the Purchase History page) I will no longer respond to your comments.

Since none of us are ebay employees, but members like you, how do you expect us to know why ebay removed the icons? All we can do is give opinions on why they may have removed them. Maybe they felt they were superfluous since the actual transaction info is on the Order details page?

What I and others have written about feedback is not opinion but fact. eBay does not consider feedback to be a part of any transaction.

I agree with you, I want the feedback feature restored!

I am a Seller here and want Buyers to be able to see at a glance whether they've left feedback or not. Only about 1/3 ever leave it to begin with and I doubt they're going to jump through hoops (even if it takes little time) to determine this. The net result will be that even fewer will ever leave feedback.

BAD MOVE, eBay!

A buyer can very easily check whether they left feedback or not. On the top of the purchases page there is a toolbar, click on "Ready for feedback" and it will show what items they have not left feedback for.

yes I agree with the TS that this feature should not have been removed. As a buyer, I always wait until the seller has posted feedback before I post it. Thats the way it should work. As a buyer, the minute I paid for my item, I have fulfilled my obligation. The seller should post feedback that I was a timely payer, or whatever. Upon receiving that feedback, as well as receiving my item, I will then post appropriate feedback for the seller. And if I purchased 15 different items, I am not going to go to my feedback profile and check 1 by 1 who did or didnt leave feedback. I should be able to look at the bottom of the "my ebay" page and see at a glance what the feedback status is for my open purchases. Otherwise, I simply just wont post feedback anymore.

Nope we don't make the policies nor do we have any way to change them.

It looks like they changed the purchase history page. The feedback icons are gone. Anyone ever figure out how to get the old page back?

The way they have it now I will never leave feedback. I need to see if sellers leave feedback for me but I cant see it this way.

It is exceedingly clear and easy to find and follow, no hassles at all for buyers, I just don't understand this ANGRY reaction to this simple task, I like it better than before, more streamlined like the Seller Hub all in one spot.

One of the purposes of these forums should be for the platforms associated with them to be monitoring them for users to post issues the platform needs to correct. If they are not monitoring the forums, that eliminates part of their usefulness. I've ALREADY responded to you "Off Point" comments so I will no longer respond to them.

That is fine for showing me all the Items I haven't left feedback on but doesn't show me shipping or feedback received status.

Totally agree with you. Going through the feedback only shows you feedback left and then you have to try to figure out what feedback was NOT left. So much easier looking at it all in one place on Purchase History as it was before and not all the way at the bottom of the Summary Page.

Let me explain this AGAIN for like the third time. Before you could see Paid, Shipped, Feedback Sent and Feedback Received "STATUS" all together next to each individual item on the Purchase History Page. Now in order to see the same information next to each individual item, I have to scroll 10 Miles down to the bottom of the Summary Page past all the Offers and all the Watchlist items that are on the same page above Orders. The solution would be to give Orders its own page and eliminate the Purchase History Page.
