WHY Ebay delete massive bad feedbacks written by buyers to protect scam sellers?

I just found out Ebay had delete massive bad feedbacks written by buyers to protect scam sellers. This seller now become 97% from previously 95% feedback percentage.

Ebay always asked us all to watch sellers feedback percentage before buying but now ebay play this game and helped scam sellers to keep scamming buyers.

What is the feedback for and why buyers waste our precious time to write feedbacks when these feedbacks will be deleted later by Ebay.

Scam sellers also will be more arrogant and daring to scam buyers after supported by Ebay!

Why Ebay had started to protect scam sellers and going against buyers? Is it time to change away from Ebay to other sources?

I wonder why ebay cant audit buyers who abuse the feedback system and ban them. I also had to deal with buyers who left 15 neg feedback for every 1 positive feedback. A simple call to customer service will remove the negavite feedback but its just wasted time on both ends to do this.

Judging by the sea of red in your feedback left, I am predicting that you will lose your feedback posting privilege in its entirety in the not too distant future, and your MBG privileges will likely follow shortly thereafter.

Your feedback posting history indicates that the greater share of the problem may very well be on your end.  Thank you for posting.

If it works, sell it. If it works well, sell it for more. If it doesn't work, quadruple the price and sell it as an antique.

Re: WHY Ebay delete massive bad feedbacks written by buyers to protect scam sellers?

Of the last 25 feedback visible you have left for others, 24 were negative and accused the sellers of lying, thievery, etc.  If any of them ever decided to take you to court for slander or libel, you'd be in a pickle.

The little bit of "positive" feedback you've given, the next 25 or so feedback, is the very minimalistic word "ok".

So you appear volatile, verbally abusive, and not very pleasant, judging by the words you have left for others.

Yet you refuse to recognize the fact that your own feedback, regardless of your  verbal abuse towards others, remains 100% rainbows and unicorn sprinkles due to eBay's buyer-centric policies.  Instead, you rage because at least a few sellers have been able to have your (or similar) unpleasantness removed from their record due to inappropriate, possible false content.

Unbelievable.

O I'm quite sure they could do whatever kind of audit they wanted to. They choose not to. Something about money, perhaps? I can understand a few negs and neuts here and there. I can understand retracted bids if in the single digits with a lot of purchases. I can not understand why this buyer is still here if his complaint and buying history are a true reflection of his experiences.

I have bought from some buyers who I felt were unreasonable and extremely rude. Because of this, I've requested they put me on a list, and I remember their names quite well. I would never give these sellers another dime. Even if it's 'THAT THING FINALLY' because I don't even trust them enough that I'll receive what I'm looking at. So to purchase from a seller that has already received a red dot and nasty gram from a buyer, I really don't get why the buyer would willingly buy from that seller again. Maybe just to leave bad feedback again? I don't know.

I am truly confused why this dude is even still here at all.

Bye Felicia!

Wow, you certainly get scammed a lot.  Honestly, if you have that many issues maybe you should visit brick and mortar stores so you can see what you are getting.

Wherever you go, there you are. Please remember, when you are asked if you are a god, you say yes.

Well it should make you feel better that all the other negative feedback you have ever left is still there.

Frankly I wish eBay would ban this type of buyer all together because they have nothing nice to say about anybody!

eBay answer to reporting buyers such as this is that they "take it seriously", but we as other buyers/sellers do not know how many transactions the person has.  Buyer may have hundreds of purchases per day/month, and this may just be a small sampling.  That is what they say, but we do not have to believe itslight_smile I do not sell internationally, but there is always the freight forwarder, so my list increases by 1.

Now I even can't write negative feedback for him, because he took down already that auction and I have no option with that.

And you shouldn't be able to leave the seller negative feedback because if the listing was removed the seller didn't remove it.  eBay took down the listing because probably the seller's account was hijacked and it was not the seller that posted the fraudulent listing.
