Hi. I'm trying to BIN on 2 small items. I'm using 2 eBay Gift Cards that I have used in the past that have small balances on them., and 2 newer cards that have full balances on them(I checked their balance). When I go to check out I apply the eBay Gift Cards that cover the full cost but the blue Payment button never turns blue to pay. I'm not able to complete the purchase.

When I add my info to pay with a debit card...the Payment button turns blue to make payment.

So...what has changed? The payment screen looks a little different, but it has been since Christmas that I have bought anything here.

Definitely sounds like an ebay error because AFAIK ebay donations to charity are no longer made through the mentioned PayPal Giving Fund.

Heads up I just tried to make a purchase, and the place your order button lights up blue, so it seems the backend issue is fixed for now.

If you have gift cards, try to make all your purchases just in case the system goes down again.

I just tried also and was able to complete a small purchase. I still get the message that I cant apply a donation with the gift card but at least it appears that I can complete a purchase even with that message.

i was having the same problem, i tried to buy the Two books with my new Ebay Gift Card 100 dollars, i put the redeem code with the apply button, and when it balance comes out, the Place your order button turned Grey and i cannot clicked it, i keep on clicking it but it wouldn't let me, so i had to resort to my debit card and to buy one book.
