Why is it that everytime I buy something, I no more than receive the
item and within 2 days ebay is messaging me about leaving feedback? I
take my time checking items for defects "before" leaving feedback
(particularly electronic items). Ebay, howeve...
I am able to check the balance on an ebay card that I bought recently, -
and it has a balance on it - but when I try to pay for something on
ebay.com - it's not being recognized and I don't know why
