Few weeks ago, I made a purchase that says it is going to be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. But when it was shipped, it says it came with no tracking number. Should I be worried?

The "norm" is for sellers to load a tracking number into the sold listing. However, a few sellers do not do that. I ahve this happen frequently when buying, and I usually get the item. To put it another way, you are just as likely to have a problem with an item if the tracking is avalable as you are with an untracked shipment.

If you have truly been waiting weeks for an order that should have long ago been shipped, then I'd be contacting the seller, whether or not there was a tracking number. You might ask them if they have a tracking number they could provide you.

No need to worry, you are always protected under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If it does not arrive in time, simply open an Item Not Received case and you will get your money back. Be sure to do it soon, if it hasn't arrived after a few weeks it is probably late.
You could ask the seller for a tracking number. He might have bought the shipping in person at the post office or something and just forgot to put the tracking number in. (If a seller buys a shipping label on eBay or Pirate Ship and some other third party providers, it automatically uploads the tracking number.)

Ultimately tracking is for the benefit of the seller. They have to produce tracking showing delivery if/when you open an item not received Money Back Guarantee case.
You need to look at your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date. Beginning on the day after that date you can go to the item in your purchase history and click I didn't receive it under More actions to open a case.

If the transaction was indeed "a few weeks ago," then you should immediately file a case for "Item not received." You are covered by eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee", but it expires 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.

To answer your original issue: USPS Ground Advantage always automatically includes tracking; the seller has chosen not to share the tracking number with you, perhaps because he never purchased it in the first place.

Why is it false advertising?
Did it not come by Ground Advantage as shown in the listing?
ETA: Am I missing something?
You bought an item.
It was shipped as described in the listing.
You received the item, presumably as described (or you would have mentioned it).
And you left neutral feedback for the seller?!?! Why?
