Two orders from two carriers in two days shipped to someone else!!!!

Hello,

Yesterday I got an Ebay email saying Fedex delivered my package.  Nowhere on my porch or in my mailbox, and I live in a rural area with no porch pirates.  I put in the tracking number and it shows a picture of a package on SOMEONE ELSE'S doorstep!  I have no idea where it went because Fedex asks for my address and when I enter it, it says it doesn't correspond to the order (!?), and once that happens the automated system ends.

Now today I got an Ebay email saying USPS delivered my package.  I'm home all day, it's not on my porch or mailbox.  I put in the tracking number and it shows it was delivered on a doorstep in SYRACUSE, NY and I live in VIRGINIA!!

Is there something going on where my address is being hacked and items delivered elsewhere?!  The Ebay emails show my correct mailing address.

I told the seller the item was shipped to Syracuse, NY and showed the address I got from my local post office tracking it for me.  Seller apologized and said they would send a new shipment with a new tracking number and it arrived in 2 days.

UPDATE:  The seller who shipped a package to another town in my state via Fedex and was being vague and evasive... -- the item I ordered arrived today... via USPS.   Never told me it was being shipped, never gave me a new tracking number, it just showed up.   Not a day too soon as I was preparing to leave them negative feedback.
