The seller does not respond to my letters

The seller offers the product I want to buy. But instead of the product itself, the seller posted photos of the instructions, not the product itself. And he wrote that the goods are in stock and that, on demand, the seller can send photos of the goods. I have already written three letters to the seller (new seller. Zero rating), but the seller does not respond to my letters. How can I ask ebay to intervene?

If the OP posts the item number, the post will be edited or removed. Posting an item number is included in the "naming and shaming" community guideline.

If you feel the item you received was not the item that was depicted in the listing, and you received the item within the last 30 days, you can file for a return/refund in eBay's Resolution Center. 

1. Click on the "Resolution Center" link that's on every eBay web page.
2. Choose "I received an item that does not match the seller's description."
3. Click on the picture of the item you purchased.
4. At "Reason for Return," select "Doesn't match description or photos."
5. Enter any details you'd like in the box labeled "Add details."
6. Upload photos if you'd like.
7. Click on the "Send" button.
8. Follow any additional instructions from there.

 if you  have bought from this seller yet  move on this seller has not  provided pictures  Why not?

If seller has not responded multiple  messages thus far just move on 

photo of instructions  ,that's a new one 4 me never encountered

Oh, yes! Sorry I misread your post!

So, I'm afraid I don't understand what it is you're trying to buy. Is it an actual product? Or is it JUST the instructions on how to build something? The listing doesn't have any photos of the actual, finished product? Just pictures of instructions? 

Either way, really, if the seller has not responded to your questions, I would recommend you not make a purchase from them. Perhaps another seller has something similar that you could purchase.

Speaking just for myself I would move on 2 another seller
seller is not perceptive 2 qts u r requested no photo of actual items on listing but instructions'

Not me thanks, I would not waste my time with a seller like that if u have not purchased item from them
You r covered by buyers MBG if something goes wrong

Probably does not have your product, I would look for it elsewhere.
