ebay is doing its best to shut down price gouging listings but with millions of new listings being placed daily it may take them some time to get to the one(s) you found. Did you use the report item button on the listing, to report it?

I don't see a report button, at all. And these price gougers are trying to carefully chose their words in order to not get caught.

eBay is actively ending listings that are related to COVID-19 Price Gouging.
If you wish to help eBay police the 1.3 Billion active listings, eBay employees have given guidance on how to report these listings (new guidance as of March 16)
All listings have a "Report Item" link.
On a desktop/laptop this link can be found directly above the description on the right
On mobile, the button is "Report this Item", scroll down past "About the seller"
Use the following Menu options:
Prohibited And Restricted Items
Illegal Items and items encouraging illegal activity
Other Illegal activity concerns

I believe that EBAY should stop the sale of all Toilet Paper for now. Some are getting the idea to run to the store just to purchase what they can find and turn it around on EBAY for a big profit making the problem worse. Check some of the feedback scores on many listings, less than 10 for many sellers. Stop the sales on EBAY and that may give a chance for some to purchase the toilet paper at fair market value at the store and maybe give a chance for stores to keep them on the shelves.

It took me awhile but the report item button is there, as you scroll down the listing just before you get to the items description go slow and look to the right the report item is there, im reporting as many toilet paper gouging listings as i can but like EBay cant do it alone, maybe the stores would be able to keep them on the shelves if people weren't buying them to sell a roll for $40 more or less, but t.p. is $1 a roll really less.

The toilet paper gougers are getting smart. There listing are for less than 24 hours to hoping to sell before EBAY catches up. EBAY should just prohibit all sales of toilet paper until stores can maintain them on the shelves. It is disgusting and criminal in many states to gouge people during a declared emergency.

As mentioned many times, there is a report listing link on the right side of the listing about half way down the page. On the radio, there was a Nurse from Corona, Ca. that bought some toilet paper on eBay. No one should have to buy toilet paper for such exorbitant prices.

You are correct. For a basic necessity, people should not have to bid against each other or pay a car payment price.
There is a significant amount of price gouging for Toilet Paper on EBAY. Many sellers have small feedback scores, less than 20. They list for less than 24 hours thinking EBAY can not catch up with them before the item is sold. In addition, some are asking outrageous prices for shipping, (i.e. $49.00 for a four pack of toilet paper), in addition to the 59.99 price they want. Many state laws make it a criminal offence to gouge for basic necessities during declared emergencies. In my opinion, EBAY should immediately stop all sales of toilet paper until it becomes readily available in the stores again. Failing to do so will allow this criminal activity to continue, (as described by many state laws), which make EBAY equally as guilty knowing this is happening and allowing this to continue. I did find two sellers that were charging reasonable prices, but 99% of what I saw was simply taking advantage of people during an emergency. People buying toilet paper when they can find it just to sell it on EBAY for a large profit. This hurts people who really need it. If EBAY puts a stop to all toilet paper sales immediately, it may give retailers a chance to restock and keep it on the shelves to allow people to purchase at reasonable prices. I decided to be more aggressive with this when I saw an elderly man in a store looking despondent because he could not find toilet paper anywhere. I went on EBAY looking for myself and saw this disgusting act of making people bid against each other or charging outrageous prices. This has to stop now.

Thank you. I'd like to comment on the current seller who is selling 12 rolls of Angel Soft Toilet paper right now for $5300.00!!!!
During this time of crisis, EBAY should make this type of price gauging completely illegal. Please see the listing by user or header below. This is terrible.
