Still suspended

Hello,

I have been restricted since October 21, 2022. 

I have called the help line at least 12 times.

I have tried Facebook with no help.

6 months with no updates.

Can someone please help?

Why were you suspended?

Was it a permanent suspension?

If the eBay reps on eBay for Business Facebook couldn’t help you. What makes you think anyone here can help? We are all buyers and sellers that volunteer to help issues when we can. However we can’t help someone that’s been suspended or restricted in getting their account back up and running. 
Do you have unpaid fees?

Did you have a refund for which you need to reimburse to eBay?

Did you upload ID and other info to verify who you are? 
Did you receive any messages saying that you violated some policy?

Were you hacked ? 
The message you received when the suspension began tells you why you are suspended and whether is it eligible for reinstatement and how to do have it reinstated.

Have you signed up for Managed Pay? Newest feedback is over a year ago. Looks like this account is still live so have you tried buying anything? How were you restricted? From selling, buying or both? The "WE's" here cannot see that information.

I have my credit card  and checking account on file.

I have 28 positive feedbacks in the last 12 months, all before October of 22.  That is when I was restricted.

They have my drivers license on file.

I can't buy or sell or even contact members.  They took down all of my listings the day I was restricted.

I try to buy something every 10 days or so with just a notification that says I am still restricted.

I was restricted not suspended.  They asked for my ID to confirm who I was and I sent it the same day.

They confirmed receipt and I was told I would get a response in 72 hours.  I have been a registered user on eBay for over 26 years.

All the info on the bank account, DL and personal info entered into eBay all have to match, exactly.

Henry A. Smith does not match Henry Alvin Smith

1234 Checker Lane does not match 1234 Checker LN

Everything has to match exactly on bank, DL and eBay personal info.

If you have a business eBay seller account, you should have a business bank account.

Your account could have been somehow related to another account that was suspended. That is the kiss of death.  Accounts can be tied together by phone number, physical address or even IP address etc etc.

I dont know what else to tell you.

I do believe that everything does match perfectly.

I always wondered if someone did something to my account.

I never noticed anything out of the ordinary.

I paid all my fees, and got confirmation on every sale.

All of my purchases were simple with no issues.

Other than that, this makes no sense at all.

Very strange, I just went to the badge page.  They have me with only 10 anniversary badges with 2 different dates that are not the day I signed up.  I should have 26 anniversary badges.

I bet they have me mixed up with someone else.

The badges you see reflect your experience in the eBay Community forums, not your experience with eBay. So what you're seeing is normal.

Did Ebay ask you for any receipts for the items you were selling? They are all private listings so cant see them. I think I vaguely remember your thread about this a while ago.
