Did you mean:

Sellers not entering my space number

I have had this happen three times so far. Once by fed ex both now by usps. My PayPal and my eBay both list my full address. With space. Number. How should I handle this?

Another shipment is probably coming tomorrow. I will have to wait for the post lady.

Wish me. Luck

Re: Sellers not entering my space number

@ali-sama,

You are not giving us much information.  Is the address in question an Apartment, Duplex or a Business space?  Are the labels on the packages in question being hand written or printed out?  How do you have the address set up on your ebay/PayPal accounts. Do they look like the addresses below

Ali-Sama                      Ali-Sama industries

123 Oak St.      OR    123 Oak St.

Apt. #4B                    Unit # 3

City, State zip          City, State zip

Have you talked to your USPS carrier?  They can place delivery notes on their scanner that tells them where a delivery is to be made.

Re: Sellers not entering my space number

It is a pre manufactured home

12345 hug lane #777

Love city etx

I had three sellers do this to me. One nwhnhas sent me things several times and I have two other shipments from him and the address is correct.  My address is on ebay and PayPal and in the email sent to them.

Re: Sellers not entering my space number

@ali-sama

Instead of using the "number" sign, you might try using the accepted postal abbreviation for "space," which is SPC.

You should be using a three-line address, not a four-line address:

Ali-Sama

12345 HUG LN SPC 777

LOVE CITY JR  55555

"LN" is the postal abbreviation for "Lane," so you'd be using whatever abbreviation is appropriate for your address. "SPC" is the postal abbreviation for "Space." The JR and 55555 I used were just examples. It should be, of course, your state and ZIP Code.)

It might be a good idea to double-check your primary address and your "ship to" address (if you've entered one) in both your eBay and PayPal accounts.

When all else fails, ask your postal carrier or contact your local post office for assistance. Your post office can tell you what your "official" address is as far as USPS is concerned. They have an electronic database of what they consider your bona fide address down to the smallest detail. They'd be glad to help. You could even contact USPS online and explain that you'd like to know your official USPS address.

Have you had any successful deliveries from ebay with the correct address?

Re: Sellers not entering my space number

Try using Lot 777.  That's how USPS handles mobile/manufactured homes in South Dakota

The odd thing is that they have put it right before

Re: Sellers not entering my space number

I got the package. I don't know why the usps ignored the spc number.
