Seller seems to have 14 names and 14 of the same item listed. Why is this allowed?!

When I was selling a lot of items I'd get an eBay slap if I inadvertently had a duplicate listing, but I was looking for something tonight and saw these listings 392550294342, 401969493326, 143447697536, 163953148633, 223746248350, 293326240672, 312842292977, 383263004757, 372838087162, 143439588870, 174093713791, 352851416492, 372838079696, 383262983955. All have the same picture, same price, handling time, all from different sellers that have less than 30 feedback, and all with the same exact description. You can't even report listings anymore, so tell me why I can't go buy 20 of the same item and list all 20 individually under new names?

@herecometheplayas,

The owner of the account is trying to get around ebay's listing limits by using multiple accounts. Did you note that several of the listings started w/ 5 available?  They are violating eBay's multiple account policy. There is supposed to be a limit of 8 accounts per person, each having a different email address.  However, if a couple of people get together to start up, they can create many more IDs.

The listings can be reported for listing practice violations, however as long as the "sellers" do not scam people ebay will probably turn a blind eye to the reports.

I tried to report them, but kept getting an error about the way I was listing them, which was exactly how eBay said to list them, with a comma after each and up to 10. Finally gave up

Looks more like drop shippers to me.  Individuals who have watched too many TV infomercials about making a quick buck.

Ebay does nothing to stop duplicate listings, I've called in and even the rep said it was a violation, supposedly sent a report up but yet after years their still doing it. Ebay isn't smart enough to know if you run actions of 8-10 of the exact same items, even the headings are the same, week after week, that it killed the value of the items. Alot of stuff I can't sell anymore because there's no money in it. Like the OP said, if I goof and list a item I already have listed, ebay will flag me and not allow it to be listed. I don't even know how they get away with it.

I assume you mean auctions, in which case you are allowed to do so(without BIN).

Visibility is removed from the others(in BM) until one gets a bid, then it will also show you the next one.
