I ordered a Samsung s23 ultra from eBay for $682. The seller sent me an empty package! There is nothing inside. Since eBay suspended my account, I cannot send a message to the seller or start a request by selecting the missing parts. The error is: Something went wrong. It's not your fault, it's ours. Go back and try again. No matter how hard I tried, I got no results. This is making me angry. I don't know what to do.

This seller is a scammer! I won this phone in an auction and paid for it. Later, when I checked the seller's account, I saw the negative reviews. This seller has scammed many customers using the same method. After seeing these negative reviews, I immediately canceled the order. However, the seller did not accept my cancellation offer and sent me an empty package! I have videos and photos as proof. I am in a terrible fear right now. I want eBay to call me, I have been waiting for hours and no one has called. Is this the trust and value eBay gives to its customers? I pay my money, I receive an empty package and I can't do anything? Believe me, I'm about to explode with rage.

Please tell me what kind of nonsense is this? Usually, users who sell on eBay are suspended. I didn't sell. I bought an item for myself. My account was suspended while the item was on its way. The item I received was empty and I can't do anything. Is such nonsense possible?

Both of OP's accounts are NARU. The first one was registered in Azerbaijan, and was listing electronic gadgets, see below. But, no feedback received as a seller or left for buyers. All listings have since been removed, but some of them show out of stock, which suggests that they were sold, but buyers may not have received them. This ID has only received feedback for buying, at least 2 of them for Samsung phones.

The story about the phone not being received appears plausible. That seller now has 3 feedbacks telling the same story, and from their sold items there may be more. But, I think that they have lost eligibility for the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

It appears you sold something in January, on the username you posted, giving an item location in Azerbaijan Republic. If your user ID was registered as being in the U.S. that would have triggered a red flag. Or it might have been reported because you did not post a City in Azerbaijan which is a requirement.

If you did not ship the item because you saw a payment status of Pending, which happens to all new sellers, Do a google search for "Payments on hold, ebay"

If a dispute was filed and you did not respond to it, and ebay stepped in to issue a refund, That's he most likely reason for the suspension.

If you contact ebay through social media you may want to explain that as the reason for the account suspension, saying you didn't know then about the payment hold. I do not know if it will help though, because you created a new account to circumvent the suspension, which is a policy violation.

Let me explain. I am from Azerbaijan. I was able to get products from America to Azerbaijan with the help of private cargo companies. When it comes to selling, yes, I listed some products. I was thinking of sending them from Azerbaijan. But I removed all my listings without selling anything because I thought the shipping costs would be high.

Looks like we cross posted, I did an advanced search which only pulled up one item sold, while they had a feedback of (2) The others you posted a link to didn't show. The OPs feedback profile doesn't show nolonger a registered user (NARU) and their community profile shows it as active too.

Let me explain. I am from Azerbaijan and I registered by choosing Azerbaijan when registering. Yes, I listed some products and made one sale. But the shipping prices were high. For this reason, I removed all my listings without selling anything and canceled the order. I decided to buy only for myself. With the help of special shipping companies, I was able to get products from America to Azerbaijan.

I see both of OP's IDs are showing Not a registered user. I don't think it has carried over to their community login yet.

Did you open that item listing page? Very weird.

If you sourced those items from the USA, at well below the fair market value, they were almost certainly stolen property. There are no "special shipping companies" that provide late-model tech at below wholesale prices. They have to dispose of it somewhere, and it's getting more and more difficult to fence stolen goods, so they ship them off-shore.

So you use a freight fowarder to receive your US eBay purchases? If that's the case you are apparently not aware that coverage under eBay's Money Back Guarantee ends when the package is forwarded to you. So your account suspensions aren't pertinent here. Even if the account wasn't suspended you'd have no recourse through eBay. Your only option now is to dispute the charge with your credit card.
