Seller Sent Me an Empty Package, I Cannot Take Action!

I ordered a Samsung s23 ultra from eBay for $682. The seller sent me an empty package! There is nothing inside. Since eBay suspended my account, I cannot send a message to the seller or start a request by selecting the missing parts. The error is: Something went wrong. It's not your fault, it's ours. Go back and try again. No matter how hard I tried, I got no results. This is making me angry. I don't know what to do.

This seller is a scammer! I won this phone in an auction and paid for it. Later, when I checked the seller's account, I saw the negative reviews. This seller has scammed many customers using the same method. After seeing these negative reviews, I immediately canceled the order. However, the seller did not accept my cancellation offer and sent me an empty package! I have videos and photos as proof. I am in a terrible fear right now. I want eBay to call me, I have been waiting for hours and no one has called. Is this the trust and value eBay gives to its customers? I pay my money, I receive an empty package and I can't do anything? Believe me, I'm about to explode with rage.

Please tell me what kind of nonsense is this? Usually, users who sell on eBay are suspended. I didn't sell. I bought an item for myself. My account was suspended while the item was on its way. The item I received was empty and I can't do anything. Is such nonsense possible?

Thats one reason I was trying to get the buyer to be more succinct in their post.

If your other account was actually suspended you would have received a message telling you that in your eBay Messages. You can find out if it was, by logging into it,  and trying to reply to this topic using it.  If you can reply, your account was not suspended.  At least you would know if the account is still active or not.

I did try searching the second number you sent and no results were available for it. Are you sure you posted the number correctly?

My other account has been suspended. When I go to my Ebay messages, I see the message sent about this. At the same time, when I log in to my account, I see that my account has been suspended. As I just said, I cannot log in to this site with that account. A black screen appears and some text is written. The number I sent you is correct. I left the link of the product here.

I'm sorry to hear that your other account was suspended, did the message give you a reason why? It is very rare that a buying only account gets suspended, it is usually only sellers that happens to.

I did open the link you posted and the screen shot below is what I received.

I have a feeling that your only recourse for getting resolution is going to be to contact ebay through their social media outlets.  You would need to look for send a private message on those sites. The SM reps are actual ebay employees and have more power to take actions than the phone/chat reps.

What you will have to do is first say my account was suspended just after your last purchase and post that username. Then say the item I purchased post the link and the date you made the purchase.

Seems to have been removed, but what happened was, the seller sent me an empty box. Because of my suspension I cannot file a dispute. Since my account was active when I made the purchase, do I still have the MBG protections?  If I do how can I get a refund?  sign the message with your original username and real name. Don't understand why you would not just activate the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

You received an item that's not as described (an empty package).  All you need to do is open an item not as described case and you had 30 days to do this with eBay.

That "six months ago" statement appears to be about another purchase by someone else 6 months ago.  Not sure what the OP believes the connection is with his current purchase of 02/19/25,

Many of us cannot figure out what the issue is.  How about starting all over again and trying to be more clear.  Leave off unnecessary details like the fact that you have videos etc.  

Here's a start:  You ordered this item on February 19th, 2025.  After ordering, but before receiving it, you read the seller's FB received and, as a result, tried to cancel.  Your attempt was not accepted by the seller.  The package arrived (fast shipment?) and it's empty.  

Your next step should have been opening an NAD case with eBay.

He didn't buy the item six months ago.  The seller sold the same item to someone else 6 months ago.   For someone who sells books you didn't read that correctly.

Yes, the seller sold the product to someone else 6 months ago and cheated on him too. Same product, same pictures, same fraud.

They don't say why they suspended. You understood everything correctly. I placed an order. I saw the negative feedback written to the seller. I wanted to cancel the order. The seller did not accept. The package arrived and was empty. My account was suspended after the last purchase. That's why I can't send a message to the seller. I can't open a case. I can't contact Ebay.
