Please change the email notifications back to having the item name in the title.

Starting about 1 month ago, eBay changed the email notifications, so the subject line is exactly the same for every single item.  All it says is "An update on your order".  So if I have 30 items that have shipped, I have to go through 30 different emails and open them, one at a time, to be able to find a specific one.  Just put the item name back in the subject line, so we can easily distinguish them.

This is a member-to-member forum. No one from eBay will read your post. But if you're having trouble keeping up from your emails an alternative is to go to your purchase history and check status there.

This is a lot easier and more reliable than email.

Hi elizabeth@ebay has there been any update, to revert the item name back into the subject line of the order update messages from eBay?

I contacted eBay support, and they said they would do something about it, but they still have not.

They finally changed it back!  I talked with eBay support every week for the last month, and told them I would continue to bother them until they changed it back, and now I am getting the item name in the email updates again!  Hope everyone else is too.
