I have an eBay order going from US to Canada that's been stuck in eBay's Global Shipping Center for 3 weeks now, they normally stay there 2-3 days.
I think eBay blocked all ways to contact them since the pandemic, what should I do?

KY has had significant weather delays/impacts the last few weeks.
Is your buyer getting concerned?

I'm the buyer and I am getting concerned. I just hope it's a delay and it didn't get lost. 3 weeks with no tracking updates at all is starting to be concerning.

I've had that happen to me then poof it was delivered to me in BC. Tracking still showed KY.

After customs pre-clearance in Erlanger, you are sent a new tracking number.

If there has been any movement Pitney Bowes will know about it.

That page shows no update since Feb 12th like on eBay. Is there a problem or is this just a long delay?
