Just wondering what I should do. I ordered a set of step bars for my truck. I got a notification that the item was delivered, the only thing I got was the brackets. I contacted the seller and still no response. Anybody have any suggestions?

Click on the item you bought. You can file a return claim from there. Make sure you’ve tried to resolve it with the seller first. If that fails then your reason for the return should be “item doesn’t match the description”. Then you wait. And wait. And more than likely.,. Wait some more.

Give the seller 48 hours to respond to your message, then do as @bonjourami suggested and open a not as described dispute. You can skip the contact seller suggestion, since you've tried that already. Once you open the dispute only accept the return for refund option. The seller is responsible for the return shipping cost, no matter what their return policy says.

You bought this item from a Chinese seller with with horrible feedback....what did you expect?
