Not a first appeal !!!

Probably this is happening and will always be? This is not the first time I have contacted the head office, but the issue has not been resolved. There is not even some kind of answer!

When I tried to buy an item, my bid was constantly reset until the end of the auction. This is not the first time !!! When you try to send a message to the seller, the (send message) button is inactive. I switched to another browser, but when I tried to send a message to the seller, it became inactive (send by email) I AM NOT THE FIRST CONTACT. This is constantly sent to Ebay.uk

@alllalex,

You have posted on the U.S. based site's Community (ebay.com) We may be able to help you since this site and the U.K.'s site (ebay.uk)  have mostly the same policies.  However, the way you are describing your issue does not give us much to go by. What do you mean by:

"When I tried to buy an item, my bid was constantly reset until the end of the auction"

Did you place an automatic bid, one more than the starting or current bid price?

Are you bidding many times and the price increases each time?

Did the auction have a Buy It Now option or a reserve price?

Are your bids not being accepted because of your country of registry?

@alllalex,

You appear to be making most of your purchases on eBay UK, or one of the European eBay sites. Here's a link to your profile on the eBay UK community. If you go there, and log on, you should be able to follow up on your questions there.

https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9824361

Make sure that you stay on the "community.ebay.co.uk" domain. Keep an eye on the URL in the address box at the top of the browser screen.

Not a first appeal !!!

For Ebay, it already matters which country the buyer is from? What color is your skin? What religion?
I place a bet - comes (confirm the bet) - I confirm and then a refund occurs (as if I had not made a bet). I place a bet again - I confirm - a window appears to increase the rate - I increase the rate - and I see a page where I (no one) made a bet. The last time I increased my bet on purpose to 1000 but everything came back as if no one had made a bet. The item was sold for 5 (initial bid) The price of this item cannot be even 500. The item was not sold !!!
Why, after trying to send a message to the seller, the (send message) button was not active. I have already bought a lot of products and can distinguish when administrators block buyers. And I worked as a system administrator for several years and know this whole kitchen (see my other addresses) Or do you think I have the desire and time to engage in stupid correspondence?
Ebay. uk is probably too corrupt or my problems would have been solved a long time ago.

May be they just can't understand what your problem is? or maybe they also - and i quote from your post ''don't have the desire and time to engage in stupid correspondence''?

Oh, great, playing the discrimination card. Sellers are allowed to choose which countries they will ship to. And unless you told the seller, they have no idea what color your skin is or what imaginary being you worship.

Find a seller who ships to your country and buy from them.

The color of your skin or your religion doesn't matter. The country your seller is in matters as there could be different rules. FOR example in the US the seller has 3 days to respond to a dispute. In the UK they have 8 days. You're better served to go to the UK board if you purchased from a UK seller because in the US Answer Center you'll get answers for US policy.

Or maybe they do it themselves and know the reason? And they are silent because EVERYTHING YOU SAY CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU?

I will gladly use your advice, but the question is: Will I turn to the one who is the culprit of my repeated appeals. The question is solved simply-
ANY COMPANY STORING THE PERSONAL DATA OF USERS AND THE PRODUCING TRANSACTIONS MUST BE A LOG OF ACTIONS OF ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. IT IS NEEDED FOR THE POLICE AND THE SECURITY OF THE COMPANY ITSELF TO PREVENT DATA LEAKAGE AND EMPLOYEE ABUSE. THE LOG MUST BE PHYSICALLY PROTECTED FROM CHANGE AND ERASURE.
I think it's enough to look at the security staff of the Main Company Ebay.сom the log of Ebay.uk employees.Or is there democracy and everyone can fix their log? (It should be read-only) for all employees of the company without exception!

It's hard to figure out who the "culprit" is in your case or if there even is one.

You don't seem to be able to narrow down the exact issue, so we can only repeat here:

It's bids, not bets.

And, given your location, you need to make sure the seller whose item you want to buy is willing to ship to your location.

For starters, maybe you need to return here and show us the item number in question, so we can make sure the seller ships to the Russian Federation.

Or you can continue to go on and on about some vague issue, and be upset because we can't offer help.  Your choice.

The translation from whatever your language is to English is not working:

".......but the question is: Will I turn to the one who is the culprit of my repeated appeals".

"When I tried to buy an item, my bid was constantly reset until the end of the auction"

These above ^^^ make no sense.

No one is saying that eBay.com and eBay.UK are two different companies.

What we are trying to state is that eBay has several different sites and that rules may differ from site to site, as was explained earlier with an example given.

When do you plan to return here and explain your issue in detail?

If it's that some sellers do not ship to your location, it seems like we have told you what to do about that (i.e., do not buy from them) in several different ways.

If that is not the primary problem, please return and explain clearly instead of taking all these little detours.

Not a first appeal !!!

I have never had any complaints about Ebay.uk in case of disputes - everything is always fast and honest. And disputes never arose through my fault - it was always an attempt to cheat the seller. But the question of the fact that one of the administrators constantly creates difficulties for me shopping on Ebay.uk is still not resolved! After the next appeal to the community for 1 - 2 weeks, I have no problems and then everything repeats itself (this can be seen from my appeals). Probably this problem cannot be solved by the management of Ebay.uk for obvious reasons. Or do you know a boss who doesn't want to sleep well in his office?
