Probably this is happening and will always be? This is not the first time I have contacted the head office, but the issue has not been resolved. There is not even some kind of answer!
When I tried to buy an item, my bid was constantly reset until the end of the auction. This is not the first time !!! When you try to send a message to the seller, the (send message) button is inactive. I switched to another browser, but when I tried to send a message to the seller, it became inactive (send by email) I AM NOT THE FIRST CONTACT. This is constantly sent to Ebay.uk

"Have you ever read what they write about Ebay in the networks? They write that all good things are bought on ebay by the administrators themselves".
If that were true, ebay would not become as big as it has. If it were true people would have stopped using ebay years ago.
If you want to believe everything bad written online about ebay. No one here can help you. Most of those posts on the "networks" are written by people who do not understand how ebay works. eBay administrators/eployees would be put in prison, for doing what the people on the Network write.
"When I tried to buy an item, my bid was constantly reset until the end of the auction, When you try to send a message to the seller, the (send message) button is inactive".
Your bids are being cancelled or reset for specific reasons called Buyer Requirements. Those are set by the seller, that automatically cancels/blocks bid(s) from buyer's who:
1) Live in a country The seller will not mail packages to: your country or the Russian Federation.
2) Have received: two unpaid item strikes in the last 12 months. (you get the strikes for not paying for
items you won).
If you are blocked for one of the reasons above, There is one more buyer requirement seller's use.
Block messages from buyer's who: Are blocked by the seller's buyer requirements.
There is no "conspiracy" by ebay management, that is keeping you from bidding on or buying items on ebay. There are only rules set by the sellers.
Saying that any of us who have replied to your topic is an ebay employee is considered an insult by most of us. We too have problems with some of ebay's policies and say so in our answers to others who have problems using ebay. Do you think corrupt administrators would allow us to criticize them, on their own site?

@alllalex wrote:Can you read carefully?
I DIDN'T HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT DELIVERY OF THE GOODS.
The question from which country I have put mudshark61369
BUT WHY I SEE THIS QUESTION NOT THE FIRST TIME ???
That poster is likely aware that your question wasn't about delivery time. That was just an example of how the rules are different between the US and UK site to explain why using the UK board might get you better answers pertaining to your situation since the rules can be different

@alllalex wrote:Have you decided to engage in idle chatter? You all understood well !!! I have already said 2 times here - I DIDN'T TALK ABOUT DELIVERY OF THE GOODS, I DIDN'T TALK ABOUT DISPUTE RESOLUTION, I DIDN'T TALK ABOUT THE COUNTRY OR REGISTRATION !!!
I SAID ABOUT BLOCKING ME ONCE AS AN AUCTION PARTICIPANT, I TALKED ABOUT ALMOST CONSTANT OPENING OF MY FOLDERS TO SOME OF THE ADMINISTRATORS AND I CAN'T LEAVE OR ANSWER AND MEET THE MESSAGE.
All my problems with Ebay.uk have already been repeatedly described by me in other messages to the community.
There is definitely a language barrier here. Not blaming you for not being able to understand but please also don't blame us for it. The words you're using don't make sense.

It sounds to me like the seller might have you blocked from bidding If this happens to you with every seller Than eBay has blocked your bid . If the seller has you blocked they can set not to receive messages from blocked buyers . Hope you find out what's going on

Could also be the seller was cancelling bids but couldn't end the listing because it was too close to end time?

Maybe it’s a translation problem but I’m not familiar with the term “resetting an auction”. Can you try to clarify that in an easy way I might understand?
