Why would you call Ebay? If your item has not been received in a few days after the estimated delivery date, file an item not received case, Ebay is a self serve site.

There's no reason to contact Ebay.

If you don't receive your item by the estimated delivery date, open an Item Not Received case a few days after.

More information is required for more useful advice to be given.  For example: how do you know that the item was never sent?

Please review the terms & conditions of the MBG and act accordingly.
