Is this another "improvement"? "see all feedback" small type, option to switch back to classic view?

Just checking a seller's feedback and when the first few come up and you click see all feedback at the bottom it now takes you to a different looking feedback page. The type is smaller and hard to read, in my opinion they should leave it alone.....more important things to be fixed.

You do have the option to click "switch back to classic view".

I hope this is not going to be a permanent change. When ever I see "classic view", it tells me it will be going away.

Is anyone else seeing this new format? What are your thoughts?

The new view is terrible, as are most eBay format changes.  It's much easier to access and scan through the info in the "classic" format.  

The new view lacks some very basic information such as the seller's registration date and their 12-month feedback summary.  But you can filter to see the seller's entire history of neutral or negative feedback, not just the past 12 months.

It just seems we click more and more to find things that were always right in front of our face.

Why make it harder to get the information one wants?  What possible benefit is the new format?  CHANGE IT BACK.

As a regular member on these boards, I check a lot of feedback profiles daily.  I use a computer and see what you are calling the "Classic view" every time I open a profile page.  So I have to ask you and @nobody*s_perfect  if you are using the App on a small screen device like a phone or tablet?

As for why there are changes being made, my guess is ebay is using fewer humans to slim down the site and more Artificial Intelligence, which cannot understand that a big part of shopping is an emotional exercise and that a seller's reputation and location is a part of the shopping equation to humans.

It seems sellers are becoming less and less pertinent on this site and maybe you are correct, AI is leading the way....cough

From my observation, the only place that actually goes directly to the feedback page is HERE on the forums where if we click on your (2508*) it goes to the page you are talking about.  

I did that first, and all was normal.  I still have to choose most recent. 

Then I went to one of your listings, and clicked to see your feedback, and the new  See All Feedback was presented that was clickable. It went to the page and all was normal once again.  No font change, the quick links were there.  This was on Google Chrome/Win 10/PC.   That of course doesn't mean that eBay is not rolling out yet another (NOT) improvement, and only some people are now (NOT) enjoying the new experience.  

 (Do note that the "See All Feedback" link will be DEAD for a Zero Feedback user so you can't see country of origin, or for that of a dormant account, and another procedure must be used to get to that page).

I thought this was not getting any attention, but I do not think it has rolled out to everyone yet. My concerns are as someone stated there is no "tell us what you think" button and once you click the "classic view" it does not keep it. After clicking classic view and then looking at other sellers feedback it takes you right back to this new view.

Only on my laptops, I have no mobile smart phone so no idea what it looks like there.

I for one utilize this tool, so i won't be happy if it rolls over and we are not allowed to set classic view.

As you can tell, i don't like the new view and the fact that we can't see feedback left for others!!  Taking that away really is not fair!  It's one of the few tools seller's have left to help them.
