Is there any way to limit searches to only show items located in European Union?

I think there used to be a checkbox for that. For the life of me I fail to find it now.

Since you're asking this on the US forums I think you've accidentally strayed to the US site, ebay.com. If you return to the site you normally use it's likely the option will still be there. If not, most sites have a Community link at the bottom of the page where you can go to that site's forums. Hope it works out!

The actual options you see when searching depend on both your actual location and the site you are using to search.

Some EU users apparently can not see the region filters, so if you do not see that on one site, try another EU site to see if that makes a difference for you, such as ebay.co.uk, ebay.ie, ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.it, ebay.es, etc.

Apparently, not much has improved.  Basically, I would try logging into eBay Ireland and see if you are presented an EU filter.
