Help please. Colin here? I ordered this truck a few days ago. Seems way too cheap to be real? Way too pristine of veh!? Free Delivery ?? 5 days to try out a truck and can still return it? A bunch of vehs at same rate can be found with the same script and story... plus similar back ground photos? I do not want to spend my only money 1,000 dollars in a super scam.
I just recd an order confirmation from an ebay@motors-online-assistant.com address
It wants me to add my credit card # with $1,000, a photo id sent over my yahoomail. Then wait a few days till it arrives????
what do I do ?

You run away! It's a common scam. Just don't communicate with this "Seller" any more.
Most of these "low price, free shipping, 5 days to examine" scams ask the seller to pay in gift cards and then their money is gone. But in your case, it looks like the scammers are aiming higher: like they plan to hijack your credit card and maybe even your identity.

We don't want you to, either. Do NOT reply to that message. It's a super scam for sure!

eBay Inc. has a very memorable and valuable domain of "ebay.com" (plus other registered domains for foreign sites), so why would they choose to use a "motors-online-assistant.com" domain for any email?
(I'm guessing you included the address because it was suspicious to you).

If anything, something like that would tend to sell for more than its worth, let alone a grand.
We would all hope to have a miracle to happen to us, but it won't ever happen buying online.

The free delivery of a vehicle would cost the seller hundreds of dollars.
There is never an inspection period because vehicles can't be returned.
You gave your name and email address to a scammer trying to reel you in with that too good to believe price. That email isn't from eBay. The scammer sent it.
Forward it to spoof@ebay.com and report the fraudulent ad on the site you found it.

"I ordered this truck a few days ago." Please, please, please tell us you did not pay for it.
You found this vehicle on another site, not eBay. This is a well-known scam. eBay has nothing to do with any sale of anything listed elsewhere. Why would they when they have their own site.
You need to report this scam to the site where you found it.
If you DID send any kind of payment, sorry to tell you this, but your money is GONE, no way to get it back.

SCAM!! That is a liar and a thief. Yea right " Free Delivery ?? 5 days to try out a truck and can still return it? "
Sellers won't take back a Pokemon card without a fight. If you have given them your credit card number, call the number on the back of your card right away and report it. They will shut down the number.

It’s good that you came here before sending them any money. This is a well-known common scam.

Veh = vehicle.
