Incomplete Order

I have ordered a 6 pieces suspension kit consisting of 2 Front shock absorbers, 2 rear shock absorbers and 2 sway bar links, the delivery date is supposed to be on the 07th October 2025 but i received the package on the 03rd September 2025 with only 4 items, the 2 rear shocks and the 2 sway bar links with the 2 front shock absorbers missing. i am still thinking the other box its still on its way because somewhere upon tracking information it indicated that it was shipped in more than 2 boxes. but again i think they should both have their own tracking numbers . i tried to contact the seller through ebay contact the seller but he is not responding the messages and its day 3 since i received the package.

I am also thinking they might be another tracking number associated with this but not disclosed to me. I also tried to open a return request for the other received item though it has no issues and it also refused a return request.

I do agree with you, when the tracking was started there was that statement which say "item liquidated" so what happens with the liquidated box, is it not returned to the seller? what's the way forward, should i wait for the estimated delivery date for me to file a return request? as for now it says "too early for a request to return"

Yes it was an EIS order from US in Pennsylvania. Please help me on how to claim that seems to be liquidated box , as  eBay its still  cant allow me to open a return request with that message "too early to open a return request"

Ok, since it is EIS and was shipped in 2 boxes with one box being liquidated, as @wastingtime101  indicated earlier, it's against EIS policy.

So ebay is probably not recognizing the order as delivered even though you received some parts.

That's probably why you can't open a return.

Instead of opening a return , try opening a claim for item not received.
