Did you enter an incorrect address on the order when you went through checkout? If it's already shipped, the seller may have to retrieve it from the shipper for a cost. You need to contact the seller.

To whom are you talking, precisely? This is a member to member discussion board and not eBay nor the seller. There is no one here to contact the seller so you will have to do that yourself.
By the way, sellers are not required to cancel a transaction merely because you request it.

Contact your seller right away. They are the only one who can deal with it. Was the wrong address in your account? How did the seller get it?

If item already shipped, do you have a mail forwarding address on file with the USPS?

All the phone and online suggestions are useful.
If the seller has to pay to recall the item, which would other wise be Undeliverable, you owe her that cost.
It was YOUR error not hers.
But if those suggestions don't work.
Contact the people at the address you supplied. A telephone call would be best, second best would actually be knocking on the door. (Wear a mask and stand well back from the door.)
Explain the problem (you don't have to say what is in the package. ) including giving the address it is coming from.
Ask to have it sent on, or to call you for pickup.
If you supplied the address, even in error, and it is refused by the new tenants, it will be considered Undeliverable.
While eventually it would return to the sender, she is not required to refund your payment on an Undeliverable item.
If the package is sent on from the original incorrect address, your coverage under the Money Back Guarantee is severely limited.

If the mistake is made by the seller, you can ask to cancel the order.if it is your own mistake, it will be a little hard to stop the delivery

First you need to contact your seller through the contact link provided with the purchase. The seller can't cancel an order if it has already been shipped. And they can't change an address either as they are required to ship to the confirmed address that they were provided by eBay or lose their seller protection. It is up to the buyer to provide eBay/ PayPal with the correct address information. The seller could try to intercept a package but you should pay for that $14.65. If the package is returned to them then they could refund less the original shipping. Meanwhile you need to make sure your address is correct.

I am going thru the same thing with 2 different sellers. I pay thru paypal so the sellers have my correct address and it got sent to a wrong address. I have gone thru the resolution center and they have not been much help. What I found out from my local Post office was that the sellers use a previous address and tracking number to satisfy the resolution center and it all looks legit. Call your delivery service and have them track the package to see if it was delivered to someone else. My office told me they scan a package at time of delivery so they can tell you exactly what and when it happened.

Sellers are only covered by shipping to the address provided, whether it be eBay or PayPal. It is up to you, as a buyer, to make sure that your addresses are correct and up to date.
If the seller has already shipped to your provided address, it is then a wait and see what happens to your purchase. Will it be delivered to someone with whom you can speak with? Will it not be excepted?
Make sure to contact the seller and let them know, in case they receive it back.
I would, right now, correct any personal information that may not be correct. This way you will not have any further problems with purchasing.
I am hopeful that it works out for you,
Grandma
