I paid for 2 items and one of the buyers say they never received my order

I have to confirmation email for me paying for it and me and the buyer have been trying to figure out what’s going on and it made me pay the price of both when I only got one item, whenever I try to look it up using the order number it gave me it says “No results” help me please

Look under purchases on your my ebay page. Is the order there?   Are you the buyer or seller?  It's not very clear in your post.

Are you the buyer or the seller?  Your post is a bit muddled.  It sounds like you are the buyer but then you say that you and the buyer are trying to figure it out.  Can you clarify?
