I have not received my product

Hello friends I need help, in January of this year I made a purchase on ebay, the possible delivery date was in the month of March.

I am sad because a couple of weeks ago I have been in contact with the seller and ebay assistant, as of today I have NOT received a favorable response, depending on the reason because my purchase is not protected. Can you advise me what to do please?

I imagine this is a international sale. Why is it not protected, as eBay money back guarantee protects the buyer. What does the tracking says for expected delivery, if it is past delivery date, you can file a item not received for up to 30 days after after expected delivery. eBay will notify buyer, review, and refund in your favor.

Since the purchase was made in January you may be too late to file an INR dispute through eBay.  However, if you paid using PayPal you may be able to file one through them still.  If not through PayPal you might try your funding source.

Sorry, but you only have 30 days past the estimated delivery date to file a claim on Ebay.

If you paid with Pay Pal, they give 180 days to file a claim, or file with your credit card.
