I have had a seller insult me and refuse to sell me an item for no reason. Just randomly wakes up today and chose to sell me an item, ruined my bday and entire weekend and eBay doesnt even do anything at all.

You bought the Thing.
You paid for the Thing.
The seller asked for feedback four days later.
The seller has not shipped the Thing.
You did not leave feedback.
The seller cancelled the transaction.
(Since you did not ask for the cancellation, the seller got a Defect on his account.)
The seller relisted and resold the Thing.
The seller sent you a rude Message.
So --did you get your payment refunded?
If so, as soon as you can, leave appropriate feedback.
Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers.
EBay will, on request, review and remove 'false postive' feedback and the seller will get (another) Defect.
Two Defects may be enough to end his PowerSeller/Top Rated Seller status.
FWIW - because buyers can only get positive feedback, no one actually reads it.
What we read is Feedback Left For Others.
If you leave a lot of negs and neutrals, you may find your bids are cancelled and you are Blocked by many sellers.
When you leave feedback for this seller, keep it calm and factual.
"Before shipping, demanded FB and cancelled purchase" for example.

Sorry this happened ,, but why let it ruin your birthday ? There's plenty of other sellers . Why would you want to do business with a seller who insulted you anyway ? Is there more to this story perhaps ? Happy birthday regardless Tulips

Gosh, hate to be so judgemental, but the way this string reads buyer quickly defaulted to "all of eBay s*cks" and "I'm going to go file an arbitration case" and stick it to the seller for 3-times the value of the item PLUS arbitration fees. imho this appears to be a bit OTT.
In the end, the view from this corner of the 3rd rock; it sure appears as though the seller's ESP was fairly calibrated and other than taking defect for canceling an order, avoided what perhaps could have transpired otherwise: SNAD, brick, 125% loss from an emotional buyer.
I mean can't we all just learn to get along, show some kindness & compassion to another fellow human being?
