I didn't receive my order and seller, ebay, post don't want to help me! What should I do next?

I bought 3 items specifically with 3 different orders to minimize the possible risks of loss! But the seller sent the goods in one parcel without signature servise. Because of this these items was Left at front door. I know it from track number (track numbe show: Delivered Left at front door. Signature Service not requested)
I don't know what happened to the items but I know for sure that I did not receive them.
Of course, the territory near the delivery address and neighboring addresses have already been checked. There are noitemss!
About it I told seller and open claim ebay but got refusal to help with reference to track number.
I tryed to open claim in post service, but got answer, that the claim can open only seller.
At the moment
- seller don't answer to my e-mails
- ebay don't want to help my, only sends me e-mails with template answers (contact the seller, contact post service)
- post service answer, that the claim can open only seller.

I ask everyone who can do something to help me in solving this problem! I would be glad for any help mlm advice!

Unless the value of the goods is at least $750, the seller is not required to list with "signature required". 

Did you not notice "Signature Service not requested."?

You have probably been the victim of a fake tracking number scam.  The package was delivered some where, just not to your address.  eBay's automated Item Not Received (INR) system can only look for a Delivered scan, if it sees one they decide the dispute in favor of the seller.   What you can do for items not sent by USPS is use the link below, which can give you the shipping information and package type/size weight.  https://www.ship24.com/

For packages that have USPS tracking, you need to go to your local P.O. you will need to bring the ebay order details page which shows the tracking # and your shipping address. You can bring your phone or pad if you use one to buy, or a print out of the page if you use a computer.  You ask the clerk to check the tracking info against the address on the label, and the package info. If those things do not match, ask the clerk to write a note on USPS stationary saying the label address does not match the order address, and if applicable that the package type/size/weight is not appropriate for what you should have received. USPS clerks can only give you general information not specifics.

With that note a screenshot or scan from the link above. You can appeal ebay's decision, by going back to the dispute you opened. There should be an appeal button there.  You can also contact ebay on their Facebook Page. You will need the seller's username and the item numbers of the items that did not arrive. you also have to give them your username real name and some contact info.  You can add the screen shot  a clear photo or scan of the USPS note to the claim.

The seller's job is done when tracking shows delivered, left at the front door.

eBay won't help if tracking shows delivered.

Leave a sign by your door saying please don't leave packages unattended so this doesn't happen again.

I should have also written,  Check the feedback profile page of any seller you intend to buy from before bidding on or buying their items.   Avoid buying from high volume sellers with less than a 98.6% rating, and sellers registered in China.

It might be that Dell values its reputation so highly that it prints its name in large letters on every side of the box for everyone to see?

Just because the store was Dell doesn't mean that a mistake wasn't made by their shipping staff.  The delivery service carrier could have left the package at the wrong address as well.  If USPS was the carrier, go to the P.O. and ask if you can get the GPS coordinates of the delivery. Maybe instead of being delivered to 123 E. Elm St. they were delivered to 345 w. Elm St.  Carries are human and do make a mistakes.

Or as the last reply noted, the Dell logo all over the package may have been an invitation to a porch pirate.  

Use the link I gave, or check with the P.O.. You should at least be able to narrow down the reason for not receiving the items, which could help if you file an appeal.

Click to expand the info at the bottom of the page, and check to see if this was intended for your address in the first place.  It should give you the date the label was issued, the origin, size/weight, etc and compare it to the parcel info your were expecting and any irregularities such as the label being issued before you even paid, or the parcel weighs less than a pound when yours should have been much more than that.

Did you pay for Signature Service?

It is unlikely, I think, since you wanted three boxes and three Signatures would be expensive.

The package showed delivery.

You cannot use eBay to get a refund on Delivered shipments.

Have you reported the theft to your local postmaster?

Have you filed a police report?

Have you made a claim on your homeowner's /tenant's insurance?

If the seller was Dell, it is unlikely that the package was misdirected.

If the courier was FedEx, it is very probable that the package was delivered as noticed.

But Ukraine is a war zone.

The package was stolen from the porch.

Contacting the police is your best chance, but they might be a bit busy.
