Seller did not send item and could not be contacted Ebay stepped in and refunded part of my purchase

I purchased an item which was partly paid by EBAY mastercard rewards.  Attempted to contact seller when item did not arrive and seller could not be contacted.  Ebay stepped in and refunded a partial payment to me but I cannot locate or determine if Ebay refunded or will refund the part of purchase in which I used EBAY mastercard rewards.  How can I find this info out (it is not appearing on my ebay m/c  statement and I cannot find evidence of any refund on my ebay account and I have found it impossible to report this issue to EBAY.

Does anyone have any similar experience  ? and if ebay will refund ebay m/c rewards that was used  for a purchase

I have no experience with the eBay card, but on other reward cards I use the points are added back to the points available. It can take some time for that to happen. Your best bet now is to call the number on the back of your card and ask the card issuer.

Perhaps see @mmj**20 if it is a credit on your account. 

Put something in your cart, then at Checkout, check out the gift card section, to see if it's there?

It is a Standard Practice with businesses to return like for like.

If you pay cash, you are refunded in cash. If you pay by card, you are refunded to your card. If you use points, you get the points back
