I can't 'Buy It Now' on an item shipping via GSP

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase a porcelain figurine from a seller using the GSP system and am unable to. eBay returns the following message:- We are sorry, but the item you selected may not be purchased due to seller shipping restrictions or due to country-specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.{e98105-777969x}  

I have checked; the seller ships to my country and has included the costs, I have also checked the import restrictions imposed and the export restrictions of the US. I am at my wits end! 😒

I contacted eBay's Customer Help; they assured me that my account is in good stead. 

The Seller very kindly changed a word in the description, believing that might be the problem. But, to no avail.

Historically, I have purchased  quite a few figurines, as a matter of fact; one 7 days ago, all via GSP.

Please, can you help advise; as to what else I should do?

Seller could have SA or the entire continent excluded even though they have GSP. 

What is the item number?

Thanks for replying. No, they don't exclude SA. They ship to SA with the shipping costs specified. I've  contacted the seller several times and he/she is also trying to find the reason for this problem.

See if the seller can send you an offer at 1 cent less. Might bypass the glitch.

Could it be the category that the seller placed the item in? (all of these are prohibited)
