I can't find any way to report a seller for marketing obviously counterfeit products. Seller '' is selling obviously fake Google Chromecast devices. Given ebay's shared culpability in supporting the sale of counterfeit products one would think that eBay would want to know about the illegal practice.

Most likely the name of the seller will be removed from this post and you will also receive a board/forum violation.
There is a way to report them but mentioning their name here is not the way as that is not allowed.

There is a report this listing link on every listing. It's on the right hand side just above the description. Click on it, then use the drop down to choose the proper categories. Click submit when done.

If you go to the listing and scroll down, right before the "Description/Shipping" section of the page it will show a "Report Item" button on the right hand side.
Select the items that best describe the issue with the listing and eBay will review it.

Ebay will only listen to VeRo members or the actual buyer when complaining about fakes. That's what the buyer protection policy is for.
Thankfully ebay doesn't listen to self described experts or this place would be a nightmare with sellers falsely reporting their competition to get listings removed.
