Helpful seller trying to refund order but stymied by site errors

I bought 19 books from @thecotswoldlibrary  in December last year for a present to someone else and they didn't arrive. It was an international order and so sometimes it takes a while, so I waited too long and now I cannot apply for a refund for 16 of them because of the old "Invalid item number" error. They were very kind and have refunded the 3 I could still make requests for.

The Order ID was:

02-09487-48301

The item IDs that are no longer valid are:

You only had 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case with eBay. If you paid with Paypal the seller should be able to refund you directly through your Paypal account.

@theladyfingers

Yes, they were. If the books came back to the seller, it'd be nice if they'd refund the balance. Do they have them?

It seems "theladyfingers" {{shudder}} you'll need to go outside of the site and its errors, to get the rest of your refund.

If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days here to file an ITEM NOT RECEIVED refund request on the outstanding portion of your original payment. This will give your seller @theladyfingers a link to click, to refund the rest of your money.

Otherwise, contact your card issuer to request a GOODS NOT RECEIVED refund for the remainder of your original charge amount.
