The Purchase /  Order history shows Orders from the [ Last 60 days v]   It shows that on the line just above your last purchase on the right side of the page, and the down arrow allows you to see purchases from this year 2023. 

However, if you received the item more than 30 days ago, the time frame for filing a return dispute has lapsed.  eBay only gives a buyer 30 days from tracking showing Delivered or from the last estimated delivery date if tracking was not used to file return disputes.
