I noticed that most of the auctions are offered from sellers who has low feedback (around dozens or hundreds stars). Is this a good way to get buyers' attention?

Not all items are suitable for sale at auction. This applies to all sellers and not just ones with low feedback. If the item is rare enough and with enough demand it may do well at auction. New and easily available items, not so much.
I believe that properly written listings for items in high demand will get more attention from buyers than boringly written ones for similar items. This too is, in my opinion, true for sellers with low or high feedback scores. Of course, sellers with higher scores have the advantage of having had their name out there longer usually and thus have built something of a brand name of their own.

No, the way you get buyer's attention is to offer something they want at a good price and fast delivery. Feedback is only useful in determining the sellers dependability and experience. Smart buyers are more apt to buy from more experienced sellers with good ratings.

Thanks for spending time to make this issue clearly to me. It seems I have to learn more to be a good seller and have a lot of buyers here.
