First time using ebay

how much time does it take to shipp something from there to South Africa or Botswana and how im  i sure i will not be scammed or my product will come

You don't purchase things from eBay, you purchase from individual sellers who list their goods for sale on eBay's platform. Some sellers will ship internationally, some won't. You need to look on each listing to see if that seller will ship to your country. On the listing you'll see an area that says Shipping, with a link to 'see details'. Click that link and see if your country is listed. If it is, use the dropdown to select it, and it will show you how much the shipping will be.
