I bought an Xbox controller and I have been waiting for the controller to let me track it but it never did and I go back on the listing and it shows reviews that says that they never got there item so I was trying to cancel it but they won’t except it and I have tried to go to text him and no response so can someone help me get my money back?

If the seller already shipped the controller you can’t cancel. How long has it been since the controller was shipped? What is the estimated delivery date? To get a refund you must wait until one day after the estimated delivery date and you must file a return not received case.

You can open an Item Not Received claim one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the Order. Do that, if necessary.

Rather than trying to cancel the transaction, you must wait and file an "Item not received" claim on the day after the latest estimated delivery date. If that date has already passed, then you should file the claim right now.
