when pressing buy now  symbol  on item  to buy on labtop it it says acess denied ,but with iphone it works, how to fix ?

If you set up the Windows or Google App to use for logins on your computer, try logging into ebay the classic way with your username and password.

Try a different browser or reboot your computer.

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
