I recently purchased from the seller and they cancelled my order 3 days later, after cashing my paypal. They told Ebay that I cancelled, and Ebay cancelled the deal without any conversation with me! Now I have to wait to get my refund, and I went through the trouble of buying for more problems. Ebay cancelled my bad review, didn't answer my email, and there's no way to talk to a customer service rep. Actually a NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. Avoid buyers at all cost! Sellers AND buyers are complaining, all the while the bottom is falling out of Ebay. Ebay is covered with scammers, and they don't care to address it.

The seller used cancel at buyers request so he wouldnt get a defect. With this option he used, any negative feedback will be removed. Wont do any good to complain about it..Ebay wont do anything.

You can report the seller here for refusing to complete the transaction.
Make sure to describe that the seller lied about the cancellation reason as you never requested to cancel.

Tried that, and ebay wouldn't accept the report, saying "WRONG USER ID", LOL!! They are worse than the culprits.

Have you checked if the seller is NARU, that would be the only reaon you can't report them, unless you made a typo in their id.
