Hi I’m new to all this and I want to by some sneakers that are authentic and I saw that they have the authentication guaranteed stamp and I logged into my account which set in israel and I just saw the stamp disappear and not only from the shoe I wanted to by but from all of the shoes that appeared with the stamps before can
someone help me asap? Is it available overseas? Can I get authentic shoes?

To be eligible, sneakers must be sold on ebay.com to a buyer with a US, Canadian or Australian shipping address. Listings where the delivery is local pickup, in-store pickup, or being shipped to a PO box will not be eligible

but I can’t be sent the shoe if the seller is from the us and the buyer is from overseas?

If the seller ships internationally, you can purchase them, but they won’t go through the authentication program.

Hello, i am new to all this, but i sold an item and it stated that i have to ship it to authenticators but i'm not eligible. I am outside Us and the buyer is in US. Should i cancel or what should i do, i'm supposed to ship them by tomorrow.

This topic is posted on the Buying board. You should go to the Selling board and start a new Conversation about your issue on it. You'll probably get better and faster answers from the members on that board.
I haven't seen Jane's name on this board in awhile.

@archivalclosett00, you may need to start a new thread to get help with this, because old threads like this are usually shut down by the moderators when they get bumped.
I can tell you why this happened, though. It's because you when you made that listing, you said that the shoes were located in "Nairobi, United States". So you said they were located in the USA, and they should have been eligible for Authenticity Guarantee.
I can't advise you on what you should do at this point. Hopefully, someone else will be able to help. You're much more likely to get help if you start your own thread, so people can see you're asking for help, though.
