I regret to inform you that the product I received is defective. I apologize for reaching out after such a long time, but I was unable to test the item I purchased in April 2023 until now. I needed to acquire a lens, and as I am involved in the sale of luxury equipment, I had not had the opportunity to use it until recently.

However, I recently completed the installation of a home theater and when testing the projector, I encountered an issue. Below, I have provided the details related to the purchase:

1.      Product purchased: RLM R6 projector + 3-chip DLP performance.
2.      Order number: 05-09937-59652
3.      eBay item number: 324466794965
4.      Purchase date: April 12, 2023, at 7:26 AM (GMT-7).
5.      Price paid: $775.75 USD (including shipping and taxes).
6.      Payment method: PayPal.
7.      PayPal transaction ID: 09F40572JN5696424
8.      Payment processor: eBay Commerce Inc.

The issue with the projector is that the digital display shows an error related to the hardware. When attempting to use the projector, no image is generated. I have tried to generate a report through software connected to the RJ45 port, but as I do not have the service manual and could not find it online, I have not been able to gather further details.

I appreciate your prompt attention and hope for a solution to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

When you made your purchase 2 years ago (!!!), you had 30 days from the date of receipt to test the item. 

You waited far too long and there's no recourse.

You haven't reached an eBay team. This is a member-to-member forum. And I'm sorry to tell you that it's far too late for eBay, or anyone else for that matter, to help you this long after the purchase. I wish you had taken the time to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Had you done so you would have learned that you easily could have opened an item not as described case anytime within 30 days after you received the item and been refunded in full. Even your credit card would only allow you to dispute the charge for about six months. Two years after the fact all you can do is take this as a lesson to test things immediately after receiving them.

With eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you HAD 30 days from date of delivery to open a return for a refund...unfortunately, that ship has sailed.

Credit cards and Paypal give buyers a little longer time to file a chargebacks, but after 2 years' time has passed, I'm afraid you are out of luck there also.

By the way this forum doesn't reach an eBay team, the members in this forum are eBay buyers like you and eBay sellers.

As stated you waited far too long.

Do you honestly think any business, either brick & mortar or on line, would consider giving you a replacement or refund after two years?  It's inconceivable that you would even ask.  Sorry, but you can't have been that busy 24/7 for two years; you could have found time to test the item if you wanted to.

Thanks for the report, but after 2 years, the solution is to find someone to fix it.
