Hello,
Purchased a item from a listing that had the correct part # for my vehicle and the seller posted pictures to that part #. but received on Saturday and it is a different part number totally and will not fit. Seller auction listing states no returns. My question what is my recourse? As this listing was not accurate as I have sent the seller a dispute in a contact seller messages but no reply yet.

The seller's return policy does not apply here, since the item is "not as described." Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

eBay will not "step in" unless you ask them at that time. That option should be in the details for that return after that. If you don't do that within 21 days eBay will assume you have worked it out with the seller and close the case with no refund.
