Did you check the details? Next I would message the seller
If you post the link here someone could also test it here.

My guess is that the coupon can't be combined with the seller's sale price. I know that coupons usually can't be applied to an offer sent by a seller, so it seems logical that's the problem. And I looked at the T&C of the coupon and can find no other reason it wouldn't be working.

seller didn't send me an offer, it is on deal i think (all the time is at the same price with that ''deal'' on it)

I knew it wasn't an offer. But it still shows up as a seller discount, even if it's a perpetual discount. The seller hasn't just changed the listing to that price permanently. eBay has always been strict about only allowing one discount per listing. And in the T&C for this code it states "The voucher cannot be combined with any other voucher." Possibly eBay considers the seller discount to function as another voucher.

It is false advertising though to show the price with coupon applied on the item page. It seems they removed it now.

The coupon cannot be applied, because your given country of registry is Honduras. A country that seller does not ship to. Even if you use a freight forwarding company in the U.S. The SaveAugust24 coupon only applies to U.S. registered customers.
I would not buy from that company just based on their feedback percentage. Over 500 negative and neutral in the last month. People who live in here in the Motor City don't buy from them because for the most part, they sell chinese made parts.

...
I'm sorry, but I don't think that explanation is correct. The terms for this coupon don't require the user to be registered in the USA. It actually requires that the purchase be made on ebay.com, and that the item be available to be shipped to one of a long list of countries which does not include the USA, Canada, UK or much of Europe, but Honduras is on the list.

I don't know why that listing would have showed this coupon code in the first place, that seems to be a mistake. The listing is only available to be shipped to the USA, so it is not eligible for this coupon.

OOPs,
Good Catch,
I ASSUMED because of the few coupons whose terms I've looked at were for ebay.com and not available to buyers outside of the U.S. that they all were. I should have checked the coupon's terms.
Still why would the listing even show up given the OPs country of registry and the fact that the seller doesn't ship to it?
I guess eBay's probably doing that to push their ISP.

@mudshark61369, I think the voucher is intended to encourage users from outside the major eBay regions to purchase vehicle parts on eBay. I think it is targeted towards users who are registered in the countries on the list.
The question is why the voucher would show up on that particular listing, which isn't eligible. There have been a lot of questions about this voucher, and most of them may be caused by this same issue (voucher being shown on listings where it isn't available, even though the potential buyer is one of the target market).
I wonder if it might be a browser issue, using cached copies of pages to speed up page loading, but inadvertently using a cached bit of html code that should not have been used on that particular page. That's a possibility, but I don't have any proof.

SAVEAUG24 isn`t for USA, its for international orders, I do not know why it is posted for domestic items, it won`t apply.

@mudshark61369, I suspect that it may be showing up because the buyer is registered in one of the eligible countries, but then they try to use a freight forwarder in the USA, which probably is not eligible. This turned out to be the case for a user a day or two ago.

Slightly different situation, but today I was looking at an item. Said $5 off could be applied to price. When I get to checkout THEN it says I have to use Venmo to get the discount. Lame.
