Contact a live person at ebay

How are you able to talk to a live person at ebay ? Seems it is much more difficult than it used to be to get in contact with someone there .

It's waaaaay more difficult to speak to a live person. Would you like to address your issue here? We're pretty good...

Click Help & Contact at the top of any eBay page. Scroll to the bottom click CONTACT US. Select the topic that best describes your reason for the call. Selling or buying then continue to select the reasons until you reach a page where you can either select a live chat or call back. 
It’s a pain but it’s the only way to do it.

Other than that you could post your issue here.

There are numerous buyers and sellers in this forum with experience that may be able to assist you with whatever issue you are having.

Most of the CS reps contacted through this site are just talking heads reading from a script, and will tell you anything to get you off the phone.  You'd be better served presenting your issue on these boards.

You should start your own thread rather than piggybacking on an old one. The notice you received from eBay should have said why your account was suspended.

I ordered a camcorder but it does not work.  It will show an image in BW but not color  and it does not record images.  The seller has offered suggestions but the text always shows just half the text.
