ebay, but now I am happy to report that the issue was resolved and the
CS rep was very helpful in assisting me.
Earlier this week I contacted ebay about 2 DVDs I ordered that were
marked as delivered but I never received. I called what I thought was
their customer service but instead someone from their "Fraud
investigation Unit" told me someone used my name to...
I ordered a camcorder but it does not work. It will show an image in BW
but not color and it does not record images. The seller has offered
suggestions but the text always shows just half the text.
