Seller shipped 1/2 the product ordered, emailed seller. On the way please wait 30/40 days. Check track never left seller location. Stall and lie after lie after lie. Still product, return window closed
*** how is that even possible when item is still supposedly in shipping?**
As you can see no tracking and never left location. Said they refunded they have not. They added more stock to listing and continue to sell product. YET I CAN NOT even report them for committing fraud. Sick of the time waste of shopping on eBay until after January 3rd! No help no support ~
Now here is the email trail

If a seller does not deliver exactly what was described by the last estimated delivery date, the next day the buyer can file a "not as described" case with eBay, and return what was received at the seller's expense for a full refund. If the seller does not cooperate, the buyer can ask eBay to step in after three business days but before twenty-one days has elapsed.
Doing anything else, or allowing the thirty days to elapse without taking appropriate action or asking eBay to step in, the buyer runs the risk of losing the opportunity to get a refund through eBay.
There may be some recourse through the payment method, but in that case the buyer may have to pay to return the item at the buyer's expense. Check with your payment source to see what options you have.

Not to be harsh but.....
Mistake number 1.....Buying from Chinese seller.
Mistake number 2.....Expecting results from Chinese seller via Emails.
Mistake number 3..... (This one is important) Not reading and understanding Ebay buyer protections/Money Back Guarantee before buying.
Please familiarize yourself with Ebay policies on buyer protections so you don't have future problems that can easily be avoided.

Didn't read everything...didn't need to.
As a seller yourself there is 30 days to open for a refund for item not as described or item not received on the 'Delivery...estimated date of arrival' of the item you bought.
And it can be a seller from any country.

LOL I been on eBay for going into 25 years, I think I GOT some experience.
Two: the problem is you CAN NOT report it to eBay before almost 45 days but the return cycle has closed. Three: Buyer stated refunded and they have not which should have allowed me to OPEN a case to help protect other BUYERS!
Four: Thank you for your time!

Thank you
I understand that, problem is the time window is too long and that is allowing others to get ripped off. I am trying to tell eBay they need to tighten the reins on this when there is NO tracking after 30 Days, that should trigger a faulty transaction.

Nope not available for this transaction, hence the post. Been way longer than 30 days but because the seller providing tracking ** that never left their door** I have to wait almost 60 days. In mean time others getting scammed.

problem is the time window is too long
The point is that you must act before the window closes, no matter what.
If you wait too long to act, no guarantee can help you, no matter how good the guarantee is.
Never let the seller stall you by promising to send you something later on. Act before the deadline passes if you have not received what you ordered.

You did not have to wait 60 days to get a refund. I know you want to warn other buyers but maybe they should read Ebay policies before purchasing. It seems as though few do this and save themselves headaches.

that is the problem I have wait until Jan 3rd and seller already switch up "reasons" for delay in the meantime still selling the same item. When you see a problem like this and try to report it you can't to try to help improve the trust in eBay's site.
