how do i change my billing address,

if i change it, is it ok with E bay community

Since you have only bought on ebay you probably registered your home mailing address when creating your account.  If you are starting to sell your payments will go directly into the bank account you registered when you signed up.  The bank account address will be your billing one.  You will receive payment notices through ebay, and deposit notices on your bank statement.
