Anytime I try to make a purchase or view/respond to an offer, I cannot pay with any form of payment when on the mobile app on both my phone or tablet(both are samsung). If I open up the classic site in my browser it works fine. I have uninstalled/reinstalled both the eBay and PayPal apps and still having the issue. Anyone have any advice on what I could do..?

Your issue may have something to do with where you are logging in from or how you are connected, when trying to pay. If you can't pay when using mobile connections, it could be the security rating of your cell provider's connection(s) or the wifi connections depending on your location.
It could also be that your temp internet files and or cookie cache is causing the problem. I was having issues with some apps on my phone, until I downloaded Ccleaner to it, cleaned up the files and cookies and reloaded the apps. Then they worked. Ccleaner and some of the other highly rated clean up utilities offer versions for the different systems used on phones.
