Can not pay for purchase

I can not pay for my items I have won because the purchase page will not open. Can someone help me?

If you have tried the PURCHASE PAGE from the right hand corner and the left side of your MY EBAY page and are getting an Error - I would maybe wait until tomorrow to see if it works - the glitches on this site come and go.  Then if you keep getting an error - MON-SUN 5 AM to 10 PM - you might speak with someone in Customer Service (in the states) that can view the page problem on their side.  (And really hope that your seller(s) did not opt in to the Sept. Seller Payment Plan already)

  This could be a glitch, there have been a lot of site function glitches lately because of changes ebay has been making. They usually correct within a few days.

   The issue might be with your device though. If you use a computer try clearing your temporary internet files and cookie cache, then restart your computer.  If you use Chrome as a browser, try changing to another. Chrome and ebay tend to have a lot of conflicts. 

  If you ar using a portable device (phone tablet etc.) and the app. Try using your device's browser and log in the classic way. Your device may need its files and cache emptied.

Which platform are you using?  Ebay offers THREE ways to shop for items: 

#1- the classic website (using a web browser on a PC or laptop) 

#2- mobile website (using phone or tablet web browser) 

#3- mobile app.  Have problems with the app? Then use either #1 or #2.
