Can I block sellers?

I don't know how to do this or whether it is possible.  I want to stop seeing items from a seller with whom I had a bad experience.  Is this possible?

I believe that you can set up a saved search to eliminate up to 10 sellers from a particular search but otherwise no.  However, I personally don't want to give eBay any more excuses for tampering with search results than they already have.  I use a bio-mechanical data storage system that I keep near my computer to store the ID's of sellers I do not wish to do business with.  I call it "My Do Not Buy From List" and it is capable of store data covering multiple platforms.  Alas!  It doesn't block items from appearing in search results, but I wouldn't really want it to do that anyway.

No real good way to do that.  Buyers have wanted that option for years.  You can exclude sellers in the advanced search option but that is not so handy.  It could be the extra load it would place on eBay's servers has kept them from offering it.
